2. What ChayanKart is
ChayanKart is an editorial decision-engine platform that ranks, scores, and compares consumer products available in India. We are not a marketplace. We do not sell products. We send you to third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance Digital, etc.) where the actual purchase happens.
3. Editorial content
All product rankings, Chayan Scores, comparisons, recommendations, and editorial commentary on this site are the opinions of our editorial team based on the data and methodology described in the Methodology page. They are not professional advice. Your purchase decision is your own.
4. Affiliate relationships
Many links on ChayanKart are affiliate links — if you click them and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission. This is fully disclosed on our Disclosure page and within affected articles. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial decisions.
5. Accuracy of information
We make our best effort to ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, and availability — but:
- Prices change. Final prices are determined by the merchant at the time of purchase. The price shown on ChayanKart was accurate at the last update timestamp.
- Products go in and out of stock. ChayanKart is not responsible for product availability at any marketplace.
- Specs can change between revisions. Manufacturers sometimes update products without renaming them. We update articles weekly but may miss interim changes.
We make no warranty regarding the suitability of any product for your specific use case.
6. Third-party links + purchases
When you click an affiliate link, you leave ChayanKart and enter a third-party site governed by its own terms and privacy policy. ChayanKart is not responsible for:

- Product delivery, defects, or warranty fulfillment
- Customer service at the marketplace
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges

7. Intellectual property
All ChayanKart content — articles, the Chayan Score system, the visual design, our brand assets — is the property of ChayanKart or its licensors. You may:
- Link to ChayanKart articles freely
- Quote brief excerpts with attribution
- Share screenshots on social media with attribution
You may NOT:
- Republish full articles without written permission
- Scrape the site for commercial purposes
- Reuse the Chayan Score in your own product without attribution
8. User submissions
If you email us, submit our contact form, or otherwise share feedback, you grant ChayanKart a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use that feedback for editorial purposes (including crediting you in changelogs if you want). We will not publicly share your name, email, or personal details without consent.
9. Prohibited uses
- Automated scraping or bulk data extraction
- Attempts to interfere with site security or availability
- Impersonating ChayanKart staff in correspondence
- Submitting false or misleading information via contact forms
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChayanKart and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any product purchased via our affiliate links. Our maximum liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount of affiliate commission earned from your specific transaction (typically nominal).
